These Terms of Use govern your use of Flowfy (web and mobile app). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Flowfy provides a library of prompts/prompt packs and features to save, view, and copy content. Some features may be restricted based on your plan, purchases, or usage limits/cooldowns.

The Free plan may show non‑personalized ads on some platforms. Ads are temporarily disabled in the iOS app.

If you watch a rewarded ad, you may sometimes receive extra bonus copies/credits. Such bonuses are personal, may be subject to cooldowns/caps, and may be denied or revoked in case of suspected abuse.

2. Eligibility (age)

Flowfy is not intended for children under 13. By using Flowfy, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

3. Account & security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
• You must not attempt to bypass authentication, usage limits/cooldowns, or other protections.

4. Payments, subscriptions, and purchases

• Payments may be processed via Stripe/PayPal (web) and in-app mobile purchases.
• If you purchase in the iOS app, Apple processes subscriptions and receipts. You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store/iOS settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's rules.
• Digital content purchases (such as prompt packs): by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, as performance begins immediately upon purchase.
• Goodwill refund policy: if you purchased by mistake and have not copied or saved any prompt, you may request a refund within 48 hours by contacting info@flowfyco.com. Once any prompt has been copied or saved, no refund is available.
• We may update pricing and plan features over time.
• Subscription cancellation follows the rules of the payment provider you used and/or Flowfy's interface where available.

5. License and permitted use

• You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Flowfy content for your own purposes.
• You may not resell, republish, or distribute prompts/prompt packs or other content from Flowfy unless Flowfy explicitly allows it.
• Trademarks, design, and service components belong to Flowfy or their respective rights holders.

6. Prohibited use

• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, IP infringement, harassment, or to distribute malware.
• You may not overload, scrape, or otherwise disrupt the service.

7. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

We may limit or suspend access if we suspect abuse, violations of these terms, or if required for security or legal reasons.

You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account). For details on what data is deleted/retained and how to contact us, see the Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowfy is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
